We recently completed the CAT B fit-out of the impressive new headquarters for student accommodation provider Scape. Working closely with the project team, we delivered a comprehensive electrical installation, including small power, data infrastructure, AV systems, and a fully controlled smart lighting system designed to enhance both functionality and energy efficiency. The result is a modern, flexible workspace that supports collaboration, productivity, and the evolving needs of the client.
