Scape Brunswick Place saw the transformation of its busy communal areas into vibrant, contemporary spaces that better reflect the modern student living experience. As part of this refurbishment, we delivered a comprehensive electrical installation including small power, CCTV, and Wi-Fi upgrades, alongside a standout intelligent lighting scheme. The new smart lighting system was designed to maximise energy efficiency while creating a welcoming and versatile environment, combining practical task lighting with carefully controlled mood lighting to enhance both the functionality and atmosphere of these high-use communal spaces.
