The first phase of this project consisted of the reconfiguration of communal space over 3 floors including the manufacture and installation of bespoke joinery and a complete fit-out to the communal areas.
The 2nd phase consisted of a full refit out of new flooring and decoration to 541 occupied rooms, corridors, gym, and stairwells.
